  I am having the exact same problem, had the website joycegarvey.com for over a year and now it just says it cannot be reached.

  It looks like your site is hosted by Bluehost.com, so please contact them directly for help with this.

  
  @joycegarvey, your site is also not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but is using the open source WordPress software, hosted at Dreamhost.com. Your site isn’t loading, because there’s no IP address assigned to your domain.

  Please contact Dreamhost support directly for help fixing that, as that’s something that’s in their control.
