My site has gone down

My site has gone down with this message:

You can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error). This happens when an external blog (a self-hosted blog using the Stats plugin) is pointed to WordPress.com by DNS. If you are trying to migrate away from WordPress.com, please update your DNS to point the domain to your own server. Otherwise please contact WordPress.com support and explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. It’s probably Andy’s fault.

I need help, dont now what to do!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sorry about the repetition. Please be patient while waiting for a Staff response. Meanwhile, do explain exactly what you intended to do and exactly what you did.

  • Hi there,

Your site at clubematerno.net is not hosted with us, but is a self-hosted WordPress site connected here via the Jetpack plugin.

However, the domain, clubematerno.net, is registered with us, so you need to pay us for renewing that domain every year.

And that is the problem – we renewed your domain about two weeks ago, as it will expire soon, but two days ago it appears you disputed that renewal payment with your bank and filed a chargedback against us. When you do that you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You can read our full policy here:

    Chargebacks & Disputes

If you are willing to cancel the dispute with your bank we can restore your domain and your self-hosted site will come back online. If the dispute can no longer be cancelled you’ll first need to pay the chargeback fee that has been added to your account, and then we’ll send you a link to pay for the domain’s renewal again before we can restore it.
