My site has malfunctioned.

    I purchased a jreadthegrim.com domain from wordpress that is hosted by hostgator.com. Not only is my site no longer available online, I am unable to log into my dashboard. Please advise.

    We are support only for the sites that are hosted here at WordPress.com. For any problems with your HostGator site, you’ll need to contact support at HostGator.

    You can also get support for that site in the WordPress.org forums:
    http://wordpress.org/support/

    For what it’s worth, your site is loading for me.

    Also, I note that you have a Premium upgrade here at WordPress.com. This upgrade doesn’t apply to your HostGator site, and it doesn’t look like you’re using your WordPress.com hosted site. Would you like me to cancel that upgrade and refund $73.00? This is the $99.00 balance less the $26.00 cost of your privately registered domain jreadthegrim.com, which I won’t cancel since you’re using it. Let me know!
