How can the site be fixed, it has not been loading for various days along with my fotografiadelecuador and ecuadorphotography

Just been to my neighbours house, connected to their internet, with chrome on Android and this is the error message

I am able to enter to the admin via the android app on phone and was also able to view the site via opera on android, but no other browser on android -
All this has happened after I updated the theme to Argent a week or so ago. Could it be the theme?

Just to confirm, that IP address and trace test … were these tests done on the device that is giving you trouble?
Also, are you having trouble reaching any other sites on that device?

yes, on my main computer that is giving me trouble, but I am also having trouble viewing on 2 different tablets, and a different computer, I can view from an android phone using opera mini and can access my admin via the wordpress app on android.
