    I am receiving the following message when I try to visit my web site:

    To be clear, the site IS reachable, but returning the above error, rather than loading the home page. The web site also serves as a license server where my commercial software checks in to verify a valid license has been purchased. None of my customers are able to use the product license they have acquired the right now.
