My site has vanished

Hi,
I am a beginner as far as wordpress is concerned. I have a site http://www.firebirdsmith.com that is a wordpress. Recently, I have been trying to update it and add Woo commerce. Shortly after, the site vanished and the error message below appears when I try and find the site –

I am unable to access the dashboard, and my login credentials are no longer recognised. I have tried renaming plugins and themes via FTP – but this has no effect.
Could someone advise how I can get my site back up?

I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com, I suggest posting your question on the WordPress.org support forum and seeing if folks there can assist you: http://wordpress.org/support/forums
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.
