My site has vanished

  we were changing the email on the site and the information from hemptrailscbd.com to cafeinfusion.com and the site disappeared. We have contacted Godaddy and Hostgator to no avail. Im not sure what to do next. There’s no way to get to WordPress. They keep telling me assistance is only for a paid site (WHICH I DO PAY) but since we can’t find it, they think it isn’t paid for I suppose.

  You are posting in the support forums for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com can’t help (and doesn’t have access to) sites registered at GoDaddy or Hosted at Hostgator, or in the case of cafeinfusion.com hosted at Wix.

  That’s the thing. I HAD a wordpress website so I don’t understand why it says its wix all the sudden. We were transferring the domain from hemptrailscbd.com to cafeinfusion.com and something got lost in translation.
