My site in edit and my site in preview are not the same colors

  Hi! When I edit my blog and change the colors in the theme I can see the colors that I want no matter what page I’m editing. I clicked update, but when I preview the site or even visit the site the background and text colors are completely different. It has all the right text and pictures but all the wrong background and text colors. Please help!
