My site information is not found and I cannot make edits

  when I try to go to My Site I get the following message ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.
  Would you like to start one?’
  I have received an email saying that my Premium account is to be renewed in 30 days and that payment will be automatic.

  So if I’m paying for a site, why can I NOT see it via My Site?

  Do you happen to have any other WordPress.com accounts that this plan and the associated website may be under?

  Any other times I have come across a situation like this, that is typically the case. If it is not, please let us know what the URL for the website is and we can then tag modlook for staff to look into this for you.
