  About 3 days ago my wordpress site emergentfool.com started showing ‘Error establishing a database connection’ whenever anyone tries to load a page.

  I have no idea why and I haven’t posted or done anything that might have caused this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  When I visit emergentfool.com, I also received the “Error establishing a database connection” message.

  That means the php script can’t connect to the database server, and that is a sign to contact your web hosting service. According to whois, your web host is mediatemple.net.
