My site is broken

  every time i try to go to my site’s URL, i am prompted with this message:
  Fatal error: Declaration of Opt_In_Aweber::get_option() must be compatible with that of Opt_In_Provider_Abstract::get_option() in /home/content/16/6037316/html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/providers/opt-in-aweber.php on line 7

  and i dont know what i did to get here or how i fix it.
  it won’t let me log into the back end, and i have no control over it. helpppp
