My site is currently broken and I cannot access wp-admin.
I am seeing a PHP fatal error related to a snippet/plugin:
“Cannot redeclare loobek_search_posts_and_products()”WPCode indicates the snippet is deactivated, but the error still persists
and I cannot fix it from the dashboard.I am on WordPress.com and cannot access server files or disable plugins manually.
Please help disable the conflicting snippet or plugin so I can access my site again.

It looks like the PHP fatal error is caused by a function
loobek_search_posts_and_products()being declared more than once, likely from a snippet or plugin. Since you’re on WordPress.com and cannot access server files or manually disable plugins, here’s what you can do:- Contact WordPress.com Support directly:
- WordPress.com support can temporarily disable the problematic snippet or plugin from the backend for you so your site becomes accessible again.
- You can reach them here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
- Provide them the exact error message:
- Mention:
Cannot redeclare loobek_search_posts_and_products(). - Include that the snippet shows as deactivated in WPCode but the error persists.
- Mention:
- Do not try to add new snippets or plugins until it’s resolved, as it may trigger the same fatal error.
Once the conflicting code is disabled by WordPress.com, you should be able to access your dashboard and safely troubleshoot or rewrite the snippet/plugin.
