My site is dead

I updated the FAQ as I do twice a month every month and updated the already installed plug ins and now my site says this and I’m unable to log in to even see about fixing it.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/66/4740466/html/wp-content/plugins/force-https-littlebizzy/force-https.php on line 23
Any ideas? help?

It looks like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site. This forum is strictly for WordPress.com hosted sites.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
