    can you restore our website(s) to the date 23rd Dez 2018, time 22:00 cet
    ? I’ve installed a plugin woocommerce in a trial to be prepared for going online in march 2019, but at the end i messed it up totally by removing it again. first, i tried to put it to be shown as ‘private’, but it was still there when the site was reloaded. next i choose this 4 sites at the site manager – and tried to delete them all together and it seems the hole website was gone…

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums as we have no control over your site.

    If your site has been deleted or is otherwise offline, please contact your hosting provider directly for help getting it back online and restoring any backups.
