    Hi there,
    ‘m sorry but we cannot help as that site is not hosted by WordPress.COM and those are the only blogs we provide support for. That site is a WordPress.ORG install and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

    Grazie per aver contattato WordPress Italy se la vostra mail riguarda:

    1) Richieste di aiuto o supporto per una vostra installazione di WordPress
    2) Domande inerenti al programmazione di WP
    3) Domande riguardanti blog ospitati su wordpress.com
    4) Richieste di rimozione di contenuti, chiusura di blog, violazioni della privaci per blog che utilizzano WordPress o wordpress.com

    Non otterrete risposta perché le domande di supporto vanno inoltrate solo tramite il forum di wordpress italy (http://www.wordpress-it.it/forum), se riguardano blog wordpreess.com esiste un loro forum di supporto in italiano. Mentre se riguardano contenuti secondo voi lesivi occorre rivolgersi a wordpress.com o ai proprietari dei blog che utilizzano il software wordpress.

    Se desiderate richiedere un supporto professionale a pagamento vi preghiamo di riscriverci indicando tale modalità in maniera chiara nell’oggetto della mail.

    Hi @annalavezzoli,

    Just to recap, you have two sites:

    pastanna.wordpress.com (hosted at WordPress.com)

    annalavezzoli.com (hosted at SeeWeb.it)

    The site annalavezzoli.com will have a completely separate login at annalavezzoli.com/wp-admin and separate content from pastanna.wordpress.com. Do you remember the login for your self-hosted site?

    Hi @jeremeylduvall,

    The site pastanna.wordpress.com is an old test and i don’t care about it.

    My site is annalavezzoli.com but i think that now is working… And also annalavezzoli.comwp-admin now is working!

    I don’t know what kind of problem was…
    But now it seems ok…
