My site is displaying a white page with error messages.

    After investigation of white page I think my problem is due to jetpack updates or theme virtue updates performed yesterday.

    In wp no themes installed are displayed and when I go to themes in the dashboard I can’t access any themes at all. The screen pulses

    Additionally I’m getting the error message The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: parse error. not well formed [-32700]

    When I go to plugins it displays that no plugins are installed

    Should I re-install jetpack?

    How do I retrieve my theme?

    If there are other problems that I’m unaware of any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I’m new to wordpress can anyone help me PLEASE?

    hertswood.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, hosted by Redstation Limited, not by wordpress.COM.

    That site is not on our servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
