I says it ‘doesn’t exist’. I didn’t build it, a friend did and i can’t get it up and going. She doesn’t remember the login information. I need to get it up and going again.

It looks like the subscriptions on the site expired and that’s why the domain does not work anymore.
You can renew those once you’ve regained access to the account. To do so, please check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form:

I have never been able to access my website. My friend did all of this. Will I be able to renew the subscriptions from my account, not hers? I don’t know anything about how to do any of this. I need a step-by-step process. Can you please reply with a customer service phone number? It would be much easier to speak to someone.

I see that they were only mapping subscriptions and now they are expired from your friend’s account, you may be able to add it to yours. You can try to add the domain to your account here. With the mapping subscription, you must have a paid plan connected to your account:
