  When you say your site is down, are you referring to a site hosted on WordPress.com? I do not see any sites associated with your WordPress.com username.

  If you are referring to a WordPress site hosted on another service, we cannot assist you with those sites as we have no access to your files, and you will need to contact your hosting provider for more assistance.
