my site is down

  2 days ago my website was fine, as of yesterday its all codes…I even tried to log into admin and it goes to the same page. I tried to log in on word press help page with that I think is my user and login and it says my act deleted. Please help. Ive had this site since 2011.

  when I try to log in with the password Ive always used, it says my act is closed…
  I do not have authentication as I had a web person do the site for me and it was in 2011ish…
