  my site is down but i have normal access to my dashboard. What can i do?

  Hi there,

  I just checked your site, and when I switch the primary domain to your WordPress.com address (mpalothia.wordpress.com) your site loads correctly. You can change that primary domain under Store > My Domains in the site’s dashboard.

  It looks like the issue is just with your domain mpalothia.com. I see that another administrator on the site recently initiated a domain transfer, to move mpalothia.com to a new domain registrar. If that administrator also changed the domain’s DNS when transferring it, this could be an issue with DNS propagation.

  Once the domain finishes transferring, you’ll need to check with the new domain registrar for assistance with that domain’s DNS and other settings. Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
