  I need help. My site is down. I noticed because I could not receive emails. I don’t know what to do. I can’t even contact WordPress support.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi there, @ibnakhdar!

  It seems there is an issue with your DNS configuration here. Did you recently change your name servers? You should contact your domain registrar to help you connect your domain back to your host and add back the necessary DNS records for email.

  Your domain is not registered or managed with us at WordPress.com. Additionally, your host is not actually hosted here with us at WordPress.com.

  To clarify, WordPress.com is a managed WordPress host and we are different from WordPress.org (a WordPress site hosted elsewhere).
