My Site is Down
-
I ignored my website for a long time and it crashed at some point. I found emails from JetPack but nothing I could understand. I’m ready to put my website back up; how to I do that? In my attempts, I’ve encountered these errors:
1)
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
2)
Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 8.0.0’.
3) I am unable to access the Themes & Plug-ins interface.
Any help you could provide would be appreciated! Thank you kindly in advance.

You must contact your hosting support as you must upgrade your PHP version to 8.0.0 or higher

Thank you staartmees, any idea how to contact hosting support at WordPress? I am utterly locked out. That is, I have no access to any tools whatsoever to make any adjustments or upgrades.
I figured it was the php upgrade thing fairly early based on the FAQ; however, THIS website for WordPress has sent me on a bit of a Kafka-esque merry-go-round. I found the page that says something to the effect that “If you have attempted all the above steps and are unable to access the tools or pages blah-blah-blah please contact us and we will be happy to do to turn off the plugins…” The link associated with that text brought me to an FAQ and this forum. Anyway, thank you the help. I see you are a “Member.” Does that mean you are volunteering to answer questions on the forum here?

According to https://hostingchecker.com/ your site isn’t hosted by wordpress.com but by Bluehost. So you must contact Bluehost support
