  Hi there, I’ve purchased the guided transfer service and signed up with Siteground. however, after almost 48 hours, my site is still down. can you please advise the progress? thanks.

  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.

  translationco – it does not look like your Guided Transfer has begun yet, as you are still in the process of getting valid login credentials to GT staff. Guided Transfer support is done via email, so if you need further help, please reply to the last email you received from Jen. Thanks.
