  What’s wrong?? My site is down. It says, “craftdesignbuildvt.com doesn’t exist.” Don’t know how to fix this. Please help!

  What is the underlying WordPressdotcom URL that your domain was mapped to?

  Do you have autorenew enabled and an active credit card on your purchases?

  Hi there,

  Your domain was removed from your account when you filed a chargeback against us after your Premium Plan’s automatic renewal in December.

  You will first need to purchase the Premium Plan again, and once you’ve done that I can restore your domain for you. Go to My Site ->Plans and buy the plan again, but DON’T buy a domain. Let me know when you’ve done that and I can reactivate the domain.
