Why is my site down? I am completely programming illiterate, so please keep it very simple. I did 2 plug in updates today, but the other 2 (including jetpack) failed and I logged out as normal. Otherwise earlier today all was well. Thank you.

Thank you. Customer service had me restore to a previous point to deactivate Jetpack; thinks Jetpack caused the problem with the update.
