  My blog can’t be accessed. when attempting to do so , I simply get a notification ‘Page Isn’t Working’ How do I fix this?

  If you’re actually referring to bobbjerkaas.com that site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com so staff have no access to it. You’ll need to ask your host BlueHost or at https://wordpress.org/support/
