It has been down last week – but solved within 4 hours (or so, I believe) – there was a database connection error.
But today, I have received no notification from Jetpack and it is not responding.

Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.
For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the Jetpack plugin support forum at WordPress.org.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.

Just a thought-
It looks like your site is throwing a parse error on the Simple Payments widget.
That widget is only usable by Jetpack Premium and Professional members. If you are a Premium or Professional user with Jetpack you get Priority Support and may want to start there.
