  kingproducciones.com is not hosted with WordPress.com. Because of this, I do not have any access to the site for troubleshooting.

  There are 2 versions of WordPress. What happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different than the self hosted version. This guide outlines those differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
