My site is down for two weeks cannot get help

    My site had been down for almost two weeks and I cannot get in touch with WordPress I have been reaching out since last week and all I get is the generic email bit no one has contacted me at all. Meanwhile my site is down the whole time.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes
