My site is down getting an error message

Please help me. I am trying to get my site back up and running. It may be down due to a new plugin. I need to deactivate all of the plugins from what I looked up or sharperoadcoc.org. My name is Chuck Price, the Marketing Ministry leader at the Sharpe Road Church of Christ. I manage the website for my church.
