My Site Is Down! Please Help.

    Hi,

    I’m hoping someone can please help me, my site has been down for a few hours. It keeps coming up ‘500 Internal Server Error’. The wordpress chat is offline and I can’t even get into wp-admin because it comes up with the same error. (I can get into the regular/basic dashboard though).

    Any ideas on what this means and how to fix it?

    Hello ell3social,

    When I visited http://ellesocial.com.au/ I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary and was able to navigate around the site. Are you still receiving any error messages?

    Hi there @ell3social, LiveChat is available for limited hours on the weekends, but you can always email Support when you post at https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ and they will get back to you ASAP.

    Hi there,

    It looks like we’ve already replied to you via email on this. The problem was with the WooCommerce Stripe plugin on your site.

    Live chat is available 24/7 to Business Plan owners, but we had a brief outage yesterday. When that happens you can submit an email ticket instead, and we’ll help there – Business Plan email tickets take priority, so we’re likely to see it much faster there than here in the forums.
