My site is down since friday

  hi my site is down since friday, i did a standard update, it has not come back since then.
  my vendor will not help as it is on third party software(wordpress)

  i am get this error:
  Fatal error: Cannot declare class WP_REST_Blocks_Controller, because the name is already in use in /var/www/web/new/wp-content/plugins/gutenberg/lib/class-wp-rest-blocks-controller.php on line 123
