My site is down – went blank after update

  Hello,

  I wasn’t able to update my site to WordPress 4.1 via the wordpress site. It was asking me for Hostname and FTP login which I found strange. Also, I was unable to upload images, it kept on showing me an error (if I remember correctly the directory wasn’t found).

  I updated the wordpress to 4.1 through Godaddy where the website is hosted. Later the WP Admin became in-accessible and the site is now down.

  On the login pages it still shows me that my jetpack needs to be updated, but once I click on it, it takes me to a blank page once again.

  can someone please help?

  Pmciano thank you for the reply. If i was to upgrade to “business versioN” would I be able to receive wordpress help?

  Purchasing an Upgrade for a WordPress.com site will not enable you to receive support for a self-hosted, WordPress.org site.

  To receive support for the site hosted at glutenull.com, you will need to contact your current hosting provider, rely on the WordPress.org forums that I previously linked to, or hire a consultant:
