My site is facing widget issue?

Hey, my site is facing some widget issue basically few days ago I set up some widget for my site but after some time they are not showing in home page of website. This is my site URL: https://thepaintly.com/best-way-to-paint-a-ceiling/
They are related to search bars, categories or recent posts etc. Tell me how can I solve it. -
