My site is getting hacked.

  Every day, I’m getting new user registrations coming into my word press site. I can’t seem to find a way to kick them off. As soon as I delete them as users within word press. They just show up again. I’ve tried changing my password and everything. I don’t know how to do this get rid of the constant registrations. Can someone please help?
