My site is gone

So, my website was http://www.alexandrajacobi.com. I went in to general settings and changed the domain to alexjacobi.co, seeing what it would do, and then it completely eradicated my site. Like, whether I type in http://www.alexandrajacobi.com or http://www.alexjacobi.co, it doesn’t connect. I can’t log in, can’t see my dashboard, can’t see anything. I am freaking out. Please respond ASAP. Or give me a number to call. I don’t understand why there isn’t a support number to call so I can get help in real time. Instead I have to post here and pray someone helps.

http://www.alexandrajacobi.com does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
