  why do i need to create site i already have one and why i am not able to reach it. how can i reach to my site i have to make some changes.

  i do not understand what you asking me, however i was able to login to my website and make some changes, but for some reasons i am not able anymore,in fact it is weird that my website is reachable but when i try to go to my website to make changes, asked me to created a new website?????
  could some one help me whit this one

  I saw you had the same problem about a year ago but you never followed up. We need to know the URL of your site to see whether that site is running on the wordpress.com platform or not. If it is running on the wordpress.com platform, we can see to which account that is site is connected.

  yes, you are right i didn’t because it start to work miraculously.

  There are no sites under that account.

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access? How would you tell folks to visit it?

  For example, https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/my-site-is-gone-49/ is the URL of this thread, https://wordpress.com is the URL of WordPress.com, etc.
