My site is gone

    I can’t access my site to change anything. Its gone

    I’m no expert, and I’m not sure if it’s the same issue I was having earlier today. But I downloaded a plugin this morning and afterward my website said “this page is not available” and when I tried to log into wordpress, it said “user does not exist.” if this is the same thing that is happening to you, call your host provider (mine was Bluehost) they’ll ask you security questions and then on their end, they disabled the incompatible plugin and I was able to log back in, and my website was working perfectly again! Not sure if this helps, but I hope you find the solution you’re looking for!

    The only site on your account is steppingstoneshomeopathy.wordpress.com. If it is a different site that you need help with let us know.

    If you are using Bluehost though, then the site isn’t on our service. WordPress.com is also a hosting provider, and you only use one per site.
