My site is gone

    Yesterday I was adding a post to on one of my pages. I went to login online and got a message saying I was logged in as 4DGIRLZ and had to get permission. Everytime I try to login I can’t.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    Thanks for that, but that does not appear to be a valid website URL.

    The business.blog domain is owned by WordPress.com, so we’re the only entity that can issue a subdomain of that domain.

    Doing a search for a business.blog URL, 4kidz4jobz.business.blog is free and open to register:

    Can you double-check that site URL? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

    4dgirlz.wordpress.com or .org is what I started with, does that help. Is there a number I can call. I am so frustrated as I was just on the site and posted something, plus I just received an email about a new follower so I don’t understand how all of a sudden everything is gone. I can’t communicate it via messaging cause I am not sure what I am doing..lol seriously. Can I submit a screenshot of one of my posts that shows the 4kidz4jobz.wordpress.biz?

    The only sites I see on your @4dgirlz WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    – 4dgirlz.wordpress.com

    However, that looks to be a site that has not been used for several years and may be a different site than the one you are referring to.

    Also, Jerry is correct about the 4DGIRLZ, I set that up a while ago and then decided to start a new one with my new info.

    Ah, I see the site there is listed as kidz4jobz.business.blog, which is a different spelling from the first time you shared that URL.

    However, I do not see that site under your @4dgirlz WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that kidz4jobz.business.blog is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @4dgirlz login.

    I FIGURED IT OUT!! Thanks staff-totoro and everyone for all your help. When logging in instead of using my main email I clicked login with Google, picked my other email and it logged me back in. I have a screen shot of my site but don’t know how to add here…lol Thanks again!
