My site is gone

  I was transferring my site to bluehost. Last week everything was fine. My site was up and running. I logged in with the username thetoomafoodie. WordPress no longer recognizes that username, and it doesn’t recognize my email (I tried a password reset).

  I now have to log into my wordpress site with a different email account. Right now it’s just a placeholder page.

  I have WP backups in my email (ends in sql). Please help me restore my site.
