  How can I contact the registrar to reclaim it?

  As this account is only 2 months old and your domain must be over a year old it must be associated with a different WordPress.com account or even at some other company. What is the full URL of the site in question.

  Thank you. The full URL is: advocate-us.com

  I purchased it through wordpress but it is no longer showing up in my account. I want to ensure I still own it. When I checked, it said the url was in redemption. I don’t understand why. Can you assist me please?

  This thread is tagged for staff assistance but I still think you need to find the correct account associated with the domain in order to manage it.

  Hi there,

  You cancelled that domain on 21 March, and the redemption period for this domain has already ended. The domain is now pending deletion at the registry, and it’s no longer possible to restore it.

  The domain should be deleted at the registry and released in a few more days. At that point you can try registering it again as a new domain. However, keep in mind that once it’s released, anyone will be able to register it, so there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to get it back.
