‘My Site’ is missing

    I need to amend my site for work address: natural-med.co.za

    On log in, and navigation to ‘my site’, it says I do not have a site? However, the site is active and live online.

    I urgently need to amend the address. Can someone assist?

    Hi there,

    natural-med.co.za is not hosted on WordPress.com and isn’t connected to your account via Jetpack, so you wouldn’t be able to access it through WordPress.com. Are you referring to accessing the site through wp-admin?

    If so, since you are using the open-source WordPress.org software, so you’ll need to seek help at these forums:

    These forums are for WordPress.com-hosted sites only. Since we do not have access to self-hosted WordPress.org sites, we are unable to provide any direct assistance to your issue. I would definitely reach out to your site host for help.

    I am still not overly clear, as I seem to not have an account there, but I ket this on my email I have a track history with:

    Howdy! Your site at http://natural-med.co.za has been updated automatically to WordPress 5.1.1.

    I do not seem to have an email address with wordpress.org, as they say they all do not exist to reset password; yet I have the emails and records on the email. I can’t leave a post in the forum as I can’t log in. It is very very strange.

    You’re logged in to a WordPress.com account and accessing the support forum for free sites hosted here. Your site is somewhere else.
    The other forum has no connection with this one. You’ll need to create an account over there to ask for assistance.
