The domain, soweluensemble.org, expired five days ago. That domain belongs to a different account than you’re using to post here. Please log into the account that you used to buy that domain and renew it, and it will load your Dreamhost site again.

Is there good information about how to reregister at automattic.com? I discovered they have our domain after we began to use wordpress. I cannot find a way to access the site to reregister. This must have happened to others.

You do not need to re-register, and as the domain only expired five days ago that is also not possible at this point. Log out of this account and log in as the username you used to buy that domain, and you’ll be able to renew it.

So I can renew. My account was set up by outside designers. How can I find out my user name and password for soweluensemble.org?

re: renewing upgrades
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades for the site, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.
If you do not have the required access you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the site to your username account by using this process. I haven’t been on my site for a while due to personal reasons. Now I want to log in, but I cannot remember anything – it has been too Long… :-(
Recovering is not possible, don’t have any Information anymore…
The only thing is that you can see that my twitter account is also shown on the site… that is the only evidence I have – and that I am known as Eifelguide (For instance also on Facebook) PLEASE can somebody help me :-( -
