  hello – under the ‘customized’ area my website is perfect. but under the ‘view site’ it is not showing my customized site. i dont mind paying extra but i cannot see why it’s not connecting? also how can i get rid of ‘wordpress’ in my domain name? do i have to pay extra for that? how can i speak with someone over the phone?

  You’ll need to purchase a plan for some of the customizations to show up. Also, each plan comes with a free credit to purchase a domain (without WordPress). You can see the various plans here: wordpress.com/plans
