My site therinmiller.com is not pulling up. What do I do? Please Help! I keep getting an error when I enter in the address and our when I try to preview my site. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thank you!!!

Hi there,
I see that you added the domain on the 3rd and then canceled it to add it via Premium. Unfortunately, when this happened canceled domains are not immediately available for purchase. So, currently it’s in the state of being released but not fully. So, I have contacted our registrar to uncancel it. Then, I can add it back to your account!

Yeah, hopefully I didn’t purchase it twice. Once that is completed will my domain start working?

Once I can get it back, it should be working and it wasn’t purchased twice. :) I should hear back from our registrar in a couple days max.

Can I go ahead and buy and start customizing a theme?
Yes you can! If you don’t want your domain to show an error, you can set your Primary Domain to: theerinmiller.wordpress.com in the meantime by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard.

Hi there,
So it looks like the registrar already released the domain. You can repurchase it on the correct site by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. Please click on Register a New Domain Name and enter:
therinmiller.com
