    WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support so anyone calling claiming to be from wordpress.com is a fraude.

    Did you read the notice on your site? Your site has been suspended because of a violation of our TOS. As clearly stated you must contact the TOS-team by following the link to the mentioned Support Document.
