    I recently bought the domain cartshows.com (ie. I bought the site) I have trouble administering the site when I log in to WordPress as (email visible only to moderators and staff). I can only administer the site when I log in with the previous owner’s User name and password at https://cartshows.com/wp-login.php. Also when I log in as (email visible only to moderators and staff), the 29 pages do not load so I could make changes.

    It sounds like you bought the site and its upgrades from the original owner. The owner account was also given to you along with the login credentials.

    I can only administer the site when I log in with the previous owner’s User name and password at https://cartshows.com/wp-login.php.

    That makes sense. It’s likely that their account is still connected as the owner of the site and upgrades.

    What you are going to want to do is look into how to transferr the site ownership and upgrades over to your account (if that’s your ultimate goal), and getting with experts to get guidance with that process.

    The site appears to have Jetpack installed. You’ll need to do the following two things:
