My site is not opening

my website has not been opening for almost a week now, every time it tells me there is a critical error and to troubleshoot but I cannot access wp-admin. I contacted my host support and they said it’s a result of a virus and the issue isn’t from them but from WordPress. I have been trying to fix this to no avail. please I need help!!!!

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you have a WordPress.com Creator plan for globaltalentmobility.org, your domain’s NS records are pointing to a GoDaddy hosted website and using WordPress.com A records. This indicates that the site loading at the domain is the WordPress.com site.
After some diagnostics, it appears the Gutenberg plugin was causing the fatal error, so I disabled it. The site is now loading, although it is currently behind a “Coming Soon” banner. Which would make sense as it sounds like you’re building a new site here!
