My site is not showing up online

    I do not understand why my site is not showing up online: http://www.brendahoehn.com
    I have had this site for 5-10 years. I believe I am paid up on everything. (I received my annual billings and paid them.) Is there any way to get support for this?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hey there,

    Many thanks for reaching out. It looks like https://www.brendahoehn.com/ is facing a 500 error, which means something is broken in the site.

    The site is not hosted with WordPress.com, but instead Bluehost, and so we do not have access to the site.

    To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

    It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan – and then we would be able to help with what is causing that error.
