  My website is wesla.ca and kubbsland.com am neither are letting me access them saying they are suspended. Please advise on whats happening

  Don’t you mean kubbslands.com? Both your sites aren’t hosted here at WordPress.com so the link posted above won’t help you. Approach your host BlueHost for further advice.
